- Arrive at Trivandrum International Airport, where our agent will pick you up.
- You’ll be welcomed with a refreshing herbal drink on arrival.
- After check-in & settling in, a detailed consultation with an experienced Ayurvedic doctor is scheduled.
- The doctor studies your body type (Dosha), skin condition, and overall health to create a personalized beauty care plan.
- Light Ayurvedic meals are served to begin your detox from within.

- After breakfast, begin your therapy with Abhyangam, a synchronized full-body massage using herbal oils that improve blood flow & help skin glow.

- The day ends with light breathing exercises and herbal tea.
