• Arrive at the Trivandrum International Airport, where our representative will pick you up and drop at your hotel. 
• After check-in, there will be an Initial consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to assess your Prakriti (body constitution) and imbalances.
• Customised treatment & diet plan created.
• Light Abhyanga (oil massage) to relax the body after travel.
• Herbal drink & rest in your sea-view cottage.

• Daily Abhyanga massage (herbal oil therapy) and Swedana (herbal steam bath).
• Start Snehapanam (internal oleation with medicated ghee), a crucial prep step for detox.
• Gentle yoga sessions in the morning, followed by meditation in the evening.
• Light, easy-to-digest meals from your personalised Ayurvedic diet.

• Continue internal oleation and receive therapies like Elakizhi (herbal poultice massage).
• Day 5 may include Virechana (purgation therapy) to cleanse toxins from the liver and intestines.

• Based on your condition, you may undergo - Vasti (medicated enemas – oil and decoction based), Nasyam (nasal cleansing therapy). 
• Followed by supportive treatments like Pizhichil (oil bath), Shirodhara (oil stream on forehead).
• Continued yoga and meditation (gentle practices only).
• Herbal medicines are administered as per the treatment schedule.

• Focus shifts from cleansing to nourishing and rebuilding.
